It is sad but true! We have come to the end of our riding season. I am not sure what is next. I have heard some talk of spin class so keep checking back here. I will post anything I hear about it.

Randy has a couple of really cool ideas for upcoming rides. He is looking to organize a night ride sometime in September. They did one a couple of years ago and had a good time.

He is also wondering if there is any interest in a FREEZE YOUR ASS OFF ride during the winter months followed by big bowls of hot chile, maybe even Hot Toddies!

He welcomes any input on the  ideas.

August 27th is our end of summer picnic at Mike McFeeters’s house.

We will have  a short ride leaving from Traingle Park at 6pm first ending at Mike’s with the potluck.

So bring your favorite drink and a dish to share.

Team Defiance’s own Dave Duerk took third place in the GOBA race this past weekend. When you see him tell him Congrats!!

Our home race team ‘Team Defiance’ was in Granville Township this past weekend.

Dave Duerk finished 7th place out of 20 riders.
