So far this fall I think we have been lucky to have so many days we have been able to ride! BUT…you know it is coming…days…then weeks…then months pass and you have not been outside on your bike! BLAH!
Do you have a plan to keep your legs? Are you going to take a class at the “Y”? How about a trainer in the house? Maybe a spin at the Bike Shop on Tuesday and Thursday nights after the holiday?
If you are like me…you just know you have to do something! Sitting on a trainer is tough for me…in 5 minutes I am ready to jump off and say okay that was NOT fun!
I think I am going to start Yoga this month…Mondays and Wednesdays…that is a start! I know my husband will not be thrilled to hear this because he has agreed to do whatever type of workout I choose with me! hehehe!
I am also thinking I would like to start running again…my knees have no say in this!
Have you ever heard of the Couch to 5K? Maybe I will start that in January and I will be ready to do a 5K by St. Paddy’s Day!!! What do you think? Want to join me?
So all in all I need to keep moving! I am praying for a short winter so we can get back on our bikes!!
